The test of simulates flexible impeller damage
The test plate of rubber impeller sea water pump and user testing shows that:both domestic and imported rubber impeller sea water pump,if the damage occurred,it is mainly because of the flexible impeller blades to fatigue crack or split.As this sea water pump with twelve blades,if few piece of blades split,though the flow will be reduced in varying degrees,the pump still can continue to work.
Damage leaves,the reduction of flow to what extent? We will cut off the blades piece after piece(to simulate the blades damage),and test the flow,the result are as the followings:
