Automotive rubber products industry need to develop large-scale production toward specialization

Automotive rubber products are automobile parts industry, an important and indispensable component. Automotive rubber products include tires, all kinds of rubber hose, sealing products (oil seal, seal, ring mat, etc.), belts (V belt, belt), shock absorption and safety products,etc. 

China's automotive rubber products industry started relatively late, in recent years, although some the domesti companies introduced from abroad advanced technology and equipment to increase the quality of rubber products , there is a big gap between foreign counterparts and us because of the small scale of industry, weak technology , the low degree of specialization. The domestic rubber industry is still at a stage of low level, low efficiency and low efficiency . 

These super foreign companies' annual sales of rubber products are mostly as high as $20 billion . Doughty seals ,Japan's NOK oil seals, Germany's phoenlx company, France's Hutchinson Company and U.S. Gates  are well-known business groups  , they all have many professional plants to undertake automation, mechanization and specialization of production, with considerable economy of scale.

 Thus, in order to shorten the gap with foreign industry and participate in international market competition, China's auto industry needs to move specialized rubber products, the development of large-scale production.
